Employability Skills
We equip young people with the tools they need to succeed. By partnering with charities such as Spear, we support the development of practical skills and create pathways into employment for young people seeking education, employment, or training.
NURTURE
Mentoring Scheme
Our four-month mentoring programme supports young people aged 18 and over referred through local organisations. Carefully matched volunteer mentors provide consistent one-to-one support, helping mentees build confidence, set goals, and realise their potential.
THRIVE

Urban green spaces are essential community hubs. Working with local organisations we transform underused areas into thriving spaces that promote wellbeing strengthen community connections, and provide greater access to nature.
