Sue brings over 25 years’ experience building high-performing teams across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. With a background spanning hospitality, creative industries, and education, she has scaled concepts globally. She also serves on the boards of Wembley to Soweto, the MOBO Awards, and Southeast Angels. -
Mae Yip
Trustee
Mae began her career as a chartered accountant at PwC before leaving professional services to pursue entrepreneurship. After founding a boutique video production agency, she went on to co-found ERIC, a career education technology company where she currently serves as co-CEO. -
Robi Walters
Trustee
Robi is a London-based artist known for striking collages created from discarded materials. Having collaborated with global musicians and brands like Aston Martin, he is also deeply committed to the community. He regularly leads youth wellbeing sessions and recently contributed to The Royal Foundation's Homewards programme. -
Nick Hornby
Trustee
Nick is an award-winning British sculptor known for large-scale public commissions exploring identity and art history. His work has been exhibited at Tate Britain and the Museum of Arts and Design, New York. He is Vice President, Fellow and Trustee of the Royal Society of Sculptors, and serves on the Royal Mint Advisory Committee. -
Philippa Casey

Philippa built a strong foundation in corporate finance at HSBC in Dubai and the UK before transitioning to fast-paced start-ups. Over the past eight years, she has gained hands-on experience scaling businesses, bringing a commercially focused, adaptable approach to problem-solving and sustainable growth.

Randle is an internationally renowned British landscape designer delivering high-quality gardens for private and commercial clients worldwide. Also known as The Lord Kenilworth, he is a committed philanthropist who established the Randle Siddeley Horticultural Programme of Excellence to support individuals with learning differences through practical training.
